I love Princess and the Frog, and Tiana is my favorite disney princess. There is this awesome book called "The Art of the Disney Princess" which I love, and plan to purchase sometime in the near future. This book is basically a collection of various styles and concepts for the Disney princesses by a variety of amazing artists. One style in particular I love, art nouveau. Artists Enrique Pita and Ed Irizarry created four beautiful art nouveau style pieces of Jasmine, Ariel, Snow White, and Aurora. I loved the style so much that I decided to make an art nouveau piece for Tiana.
